Beautiful Fall and Grape Harvest

I think the Fall has the most spectacular views at the Inn. Vineyard leaves are bright yellow, grasses are vibrant green, and the white snows of Mt. Hood reflect beautifully off a blue sky.  This year in Oregon's wine country, vineyard owners are reporting their usual pick of grapes is far less because of the wet weather.  McKinlay vineyards, whose vines are showcased in front of the Inn, tells us he will harvest 14 tons of grapes instead of his normal fare of 21. We all hope the wines will be superb nonetheless, and yet we are all still enjoying the magnificent scenary around us.  Kristen
